Float pods helping with boat lean????

Im thinking of putting float pods on my 1848. When two people stand on one side of the deck it seems to lean quite a bit. The decl does come out slightly past edges of boat. There is not alot of weight in the back but i do wanna make a deck back there for genny. If the pods were on the boat would it stop it from leaning as much? Dont want to experiment with it since it wil most likely be at least $600 to get them on.

That's pretty skinny for an 18 footer-I'm gonna say no, pods won't help make it any more stable. Making a boat wider will make it more stable.

Maybe start a new fad with pods on the SIDE of your boat :)

Actually...it might help a tiny bit; when the boat leans over to the side it would (in theory) be harder to submerge the pods, so that might make it a litle less tippy, at least in the rear of the boat. Not sure how the front would react though...
