Hay fellas I am coming down to florida in march with the family and was looking for someone to take me out bowfishing one day or night. The wife said I could fish one day and I dont want to drag my rig 19 hours one way for just one day of fishing. I am trying to stay away from a guide service for the fact Im already spending enough money coming down for a week but I will if I cant find anybody to take me out. I will help with cost of fuel and anything else needed as in any trip. Thanks.

I've passed through indiantown a time or two, there's not much to do there to put it mildly. I've never bowfished Lake O but I've frog gigged some did pretty good and saw plenty of shootable gar (I call shootable about 2" in diameter) although that was on the other side of the lake close to the okeetanie boat ramp. Your a good 2+ hours from me and it looks like I'll be working non stop in March so it looks like I'm out, I'd have ya meet me at Lake Kissimmee one night for some shooting. Good luck, enjoy your stay!
