theres no way i would spend 40 or 50 dollars on there you can buy a weaver rail for around 10 to 15 and $0.10 for a bolt lol i just couldnt spend that much

sorry to bash your thread but if i was you man i would just make somethingor mount a laser off the riser were you mount a site i couldnt see spending that much money on there deal just to have a laser sight....

All the rails I've seen have been aluminum. Unless your a super welder and can weld aluminum to steel then go for it. Lol

 

Who said it HAD to be welded? My idea involves milling a flat on a 5/16s bolt then drilling and tapping to attach a weaver style scope ring base to which a laser will mount. I did not say that it would look exactly the same but functionality should be just fine and should cost me no more than $10 total.
