Come up to Michigan and I will put you on some Goldfish, have several places to shoot them.

 

Here and there on lakes and rivers here in Indiana, but Saginaw Bay in Michigan is the mother load. I've shot over forty there during the GLBC.

Always heard around Detroit has them regularly , and the I know the Potomac River has them also

 

we are loaded on the Potomac with them, actually last year in one tournament we had a biggest goldfish pot, we brought in 15 and the biggest was 2.5lbs. netted us $200. Fixing to go shoot some tonight.

 

Erie has quite a few in places . The Detroit river and Saginaw bay to . We shot 50-60 one night . Not uncommon to shoot 20 or 30 in certain spots .

Trying to find some lakes in mn with them but not going to well yet

 

We've seen a few small ones on the coosa river in Alabama. Never managed to stick one but keeping fingers crossed.

 

I have actually seen two down our way (and missed both of coarse). One was on KY lake and the other was at one of my secret spots I hope to take you this spring..

 

Get them in the Detroit river year round, missed a few yesterday with that murky water while day shooting. Found a school of them in a secret spot last year, always go there to pick a few for my tournaments and usually place top 3 for goldies :shh:

 

Lake Erie and Saginaw Bay is stacked with them. Should have no problems finding them there.

 

I've only seen one the entire time I've been out shooting. Water was muddy so I thought it was trash on the bottom until it swam away :headbang:

 

Lake erie is loaded with em, especially the bays. Be warned though, they're a special ninja breed of goldie.. they always dodge my arrow somehow!

 

I've got a nice sized goldfish in a lake I fish with a rod. Maybe it's time I take it out with the bow.

 

County fairs have lots of them... But the carnies might frown on shooting their bag fish!
