OK so im new to Archery as well as bowfishing. While I will always go to a brick and mortar store for my bow and arrows everything else is way over priced. So while searching for online I notice a website that didnt really pop up on the search list i just happen to stumble upon it. the sites name is ******* and most of the stuff they are selling around 20% cheaper then most other sites. Its not a very good looking site so I have my doubts. Any one have any experience with this site or know of a good place I can get the AMS reel & arrows for a good price with out having to get the hole package? i dont need the arrow rest that comes with it. I like my biscut style. oh yes and im LH
thank you in advance.

havent heard of the site you mentioned and its hard to know what to expect from some "internet stores" ...For AMS products you can order directly from AMS....or give Scott a call at bowfishing extreme he has a great selection and prices and will help ya out however he can...Ive ordered from both and never had a problem with either... and there are several other site sponsors that also have a great selection and will go out of there way to help you.

Welcome to BFC hoodtrix

We don't allow advertising outside vendors on BFC. The very cheapest deal is usually a roll of the dice(not saying that's the case) if your looking for a fair, safe transaction I recommend you check out the sponsors of this site. They all have proven customer service and reasonable prices;)

For more information regarding BFC advertising policies, check out the rules and regulations thread in the welcome section ;)

ebay is cheap in alot of aspects and some of those arent very good. if you are on ebay looking for something just remember if it looks to good to be true then 110 percent of the time it is and dont buy from people that arent reputable under ebays standards but your very best bet is to get on some of the sponsor sites that are on here brian at backwater and scott at bowfishing extreme are two top notch fellers and have some of the best archery shops around here there are many more other then these two guys but they would be the first two on my list if i was lookin for anything bowfishing or mainline archery for that matter if ams is your thing then you can go on there website also heck they is all good peoples

Don't just look at price! Service means more than price!! I have placed several orders from Backwater and have had GREAT service!! It ships really fast and fairly inexpensive, and the products they sell are great, Not trash!

If your worried about saving a few $ on bowfishing gear than you better hold on to your pants. Do you have a boat? If so youll find out real quick what im talking about. A few busted trolling motors, cracked welds in your boat, 13$ arrows, lights, and everything else adds up. Saving a few $ on bow accesories should be the last of your worries. Once you tear up your equip (bowfishing is hard on gear) those discount companies you bought your rest, arrows, strings, ect are gonna give you a cold shoulder. Theres some reputable dealers on here that SPECIALIZE in bowfishing and bowfishing accessories. Use them, theyll set you up, and take care of you when you have problems.

I have ordered twice from backwater, once last yr. & once two weeks ago. After going on two weeks after calling in & placing a order still nothing. I called them ( both times )& they had all my info/c.card but never did get anything to me. I heard alot of good things about them, someone just droped the ball up there on me.

Check out our site sponsors, these companies give back to the site and the sport and help support is, in turn we need to support them. Just about anything you may need for bowfishing can be bought from out site sponsors!

I have bought from Backwater,Bowfishing Extreme,American Bowfishing,F&D Archery,EastTXArchery and had very good service out of them all!Great community here and many willing to help with your questions!FYI, check you arrows before you use them when purchased for straightness so you can have them swapped out if not! That was a lesson learned by me recently! Most places if not all on this site will be more than happy to take care of you on the products they sell, but you have to know what to look for!Good Luck Buddy!
