was wondering if someone on here would be willing to point me in the right direction on starting to guide bowfishing trips. Maybe a copy of your waver so i could get an idea on how to word one and if i will need more than just my boat insurance which has a liability coverage as well. I know i will need to purchase a guide license from game and fish. Just looking for some pointers, maybe it can pay for my fuel and arrows, reels and stuff.

I cant see any rhyme or reason to what is or isnt navigable. Lots of lakes are but some arent????? Neat list at any rate!
Man i read his answer. It basically says," we can decide water is navigable if we want to". thATS WHY I GOT MY OUPV.
To me, it sounds like for the small time guys that the fresh water guide service is good but to stay away from these waters that are deemed "navigable" but for those that are a more serious legitimate guide service like Steve then the OUPV is definitely the way to go
