I understand what you are trying to do (bond the neutrals and split the load over the 120v hot legs of the locking plug) but I don't know if it will work.

You can always split the load over the two 20-amp outlets, as they appear to have separate breakers as well.

I run my 6 300w halos + 2 500w halos (the 500s are on their own switches) on a split phased 220v system (4 prong twist lock). ive never had problems with mine. Even if i keep 1 500w on (unbalenced load) I've never had a problem. I do electrical work daily.

Having lights with different neutrals in housing, commercial, industrial settings is more because of harmonics that can effect ballasts. Not much of an issue with incendestent light styles.

Not long ago I shot on a guy's boat for a tournament (he happens to be a guide also) that was trying to run 6 300w halos on one 15a 110v plug. We had problems all night (throwing breaker and melting the plastic of plug splitters. Yes, we melted his backups also....:dh::tap:). Had to pull a couple bulbs out to continue shooting.
