Finally got my fan 'working' the other day. It cranked up and I throttled it up and down for about 5 mins with no real issues. Today, playing with throttle cables, I cranked it up and chunk by chunk starts sailing into the yard. Mark Land told me the other day they have a lot of flex and will hit the shroud, so I made sure I had plenty clearance between shroud and blades, but no luck. So frustrating to spend the money and have it blow up. I have another set of blades but am not even gonna bother putting them on. What is the easiest to install and most reliable reduction and prop to go with now? I have a 21' carolina skiff with 35 hp vanguard. I want plenty of push. Suggestions?
