Definitely sounds like something related to the first incident of sucking something through. Might have cracked the hub and now it can't hang on to the blades properly.

I will say I have over 160 hours on my first Hascon prop, just got one on my buddies boat with about 30 hours on it and I just ordered my second (no problems with my first one, just want to try a bigger prop with different blades). Jason has been nothing but helpfull for me and has always done as promised. I am sure I have had him on the phone for several hours just picking his brain. Nothing but praise for me.

Good luck on your fix and I'd bet good money Jason will figure out the root cause and make it right................assuming the dirty laundry quits flying.

Yes, I can make it fit whatever you want.
Right now I have an 1872 ribbed flatbottom with a 28HP kawasaki, turning 3600 rpm wide open, with an arrow prop 1.69:1 reduction with a 55" arrowprop. Do you think a hascon blade will give me enough more push that it will be noticeable? what would your recommendation be for this setup?

Give me a call and we can talk about it. I get this question a lot and can't give a definitive answer because I can't do the comparison. If you're willing to do some specific tests for me I will make you a REALLY good deal on a Hascon. ;)

Have nothing but good stuff to say about Hascon. Great customer service, fast shipping, and the prop pushes the best out of any I have had. Two thumbs up for Hascon!
