help with F&F

I NEED to get a hold of the boys. I can never get them to answer their phone. Does any one have a better # or a trick of when is the best tim? Better yet can someone have them call me? Not impressed with the boat or service so far! I want to give them a chance to get things right before I slander the company but CAN'T get ahold of them.

The insurance company calls there boat a defective design. Is that what the company wants? To be known as defective design. Since OP told half of the story the other half is at a tourney 42 boats left anf only 1 F&F came back broke. I know there were other 10 year old boats there and (lesser)quality boats the didn't break. OP you are worse than a wife, tell someone that you can help then only use half the story to make it sound bad. Thanks for the (help) OP. Never did get a different number for them.
If you have questions abouy your boat, why can't you call the company and ask some questions? That was my original question. I do know I will never recommend a company with POOR customer service, no matter how good or bad the product is! In this case I think the product is not that good.

:tu: just keep in mind bro that no matter what everyone will have their own opinion. Most of us will side with you on the fact that the customer service sucks @ss that's for sure. I can save you a bunch of ground work. Look into phowler. We did exactly what you are doing but we did it for almost a year and done a ton of research. Just check them out and see what you think. I have personally seen some F&F boats that are some TOUGH sob's but you gotta do more with a company besides make a good boat here and there. Customer service is very important and is KEY. Good luck man. You will find something i'm sure.

They are not screening calls. They are just in the shop working on boats. Instead of sitting by the phone. Yes that is a downfall. But u have never heard of anyone that has given them money and not gotten a boat. Or to this day I have never hear of anyone that has received a new hull from them that was unhappy. I ordered a boat in June of 2011 got it in September 2011. It was longer than I really wanted to wait but when I got it I had forgotten about the wait. They have and work out of a hole in the wall shop they have no A/C and are all older men working there. If u want a quality boat that will last for a long time as long as it was used how it was intended give them a call. (870) 723-5144 try that number.
