So I have my new HPS light running great and was wondering what i would need to do to run my trolling motor off of the genny as well. I am using 10 amps on my honda eu2000i genny so i really can only use about 5 more amps. Is this a possibility to be able to do and how can I do it, and where do I get the goods. Any help on this would be great.

Obg or gbollom will probably chime in but probably gonna need (2) 12 v powermax convertors or (1) of the new 24 v convertors and probably need to free up a little room on the Gennie to accomodate that,the easiest way to do that without loosing light output would be use 225 watt ultra bulbs in 500 watt lites.Garret (gbollom) is great to deal with we started using convertors this year and used to run halos also but switched to 50 watt led's to free up the Gennie to use the convertors,awesome setup now little pricey but no regrets.

You can run all nite and have totally charged batteries all nite,no trolling motor fade or loss of power we thought thr the same thing after running them now,don't know how we managed without them.
