Mines an 1860 roughneck with a 40 hp mariner magnum (2stroke) with stainless prop.. And I'll run about 30mph....I'd love to go bigger but my little motor does so well I just can't do it until she craps out!!

 

1860 sea ark with a 70 johnson, 30 mph loaded or not, and yes, the faster you go, the faster you break.

 

70 horse Yamaha... 17X52 F&F... Runs about was 39 to 40... After a jack plate, float pods and a different prop down to 36.

 

1860 f&f semi-v 115 johnson= 47 mph

 

2072 Lifetyme w/175 Merc Opti. ProXS...3blade 21 pitch Tempest...2 peeps...40 gals.fuel...GPS 57@ 6000 RPM.

Mine runs 28 fully rigged and 30 with a lil ripple on the water. We have some fast ones around here also.

I usually do around 26 or 27 at blast off but with all fish she struggles to get on plane.

Oh yeah 1860 Seaark with a 60 Mercury. I've got 70 yamaha I'm going to put on her shortly.

 

As of now she'll run 40.

1872 flatbottom...150 hp Johnson...Get about 42 mph on gps...I lost 3 or so mph when i added that big ol' fan.

1655 OMC Roughneck with a 50 Yamaha 4-stroke. I saw 33 on the gps once but 29-30 is the norm when we're fishing.

1756 G3 60HP Yamaha two stroke. 33mph gps. Usually around 30 is the average speed. That's fast enough for me.

 

I forgot to mention I have float pods. I also want to say that my boat gets really good fuel mileage. I can go from hwy 21 to the loc n dam when the river is up and flowing and then back about on less than than a 12 gal tank of gas with fuel to spare.
