I've decided to finally built a tower for my bighead lights and have decided to go with the 27 watt LED's. I run HPS for my normal shooting and have used some older 12v. floods for bigheads, but never on a tower.

My initial thought is 4 or 6 lights total. My tower should be about 8' above the deck or about 10' off the water. Will 4 lights give me the coverage I need or should I go with 6? Opinions welcomed! Thanks

My tower is about 10 feet above the water and I use 8 50 watt tractor lights. The tractor lights are cheap about $19 each but I could use a lot more light and hope to convert at least in part to some 50 watt LEDs.
