If we knew forsure we could run all night on one set of batteries with a 101 we might consider goin that route. If not we will probably end up with a 80 and two sets of batts. We are in the process of extending our front deck and we are going to move our troller batteries under it so we are just worried we will be getting to much weight up front.

Will let you know after this weekend, just put one on new boat and hopefully try it friday nite on just batteries, no conveterers. Not planning on an allniter but will check voltage at start and end and see how far drain down to get an idea.

80 lb MK and 10x27w LEDs @24v.

W/out converters, 4 wallmart batteries would last 5 hours or so. I would not run less than 4 batts w/outconverters.
That With your LEDs running continuos? If we go with the 80 we will have 4 batteries after reading everyone's replies. Our LEDs will be on a separate battery and not be ran continuously, just flip em on to scan for bigheads then right back off.

Yes please let me know how it does for you. I'm figuring one set of batteries on a 36v will get us through most nights but I'd hate to have to have 3 extra batteries with us just case it didn't.

We ran last nite with our 109 MG troller. Battery voltage was 12.8-12.9 at start of nite. We fished from dark 6:30 ish till about 10:45 and with a couple short hops on the big motor was on troller the whole nite and running against the tide the whole nite.Still had good power and batteries are at 12.4-12.3 volts each this morning
