24 or 26 pounds....

My Black Eagle is set on 24 pounds, Osprey is set on 26 pounds. I set the bows to how I shoot them best. I can land fish as deep as I can see em, which usually isnt that far down here in muddy water land! LOL

36-40# on my Osprey depending on size and depth of fish and 53-54# on my recurves for everything!

55-75# Just like Kuger, we shoot deep tough fish. We shoot long shots in clear water. If we could shoot less # I am sure Kuger would just like we would. We can only shoot lighter on the spawn. No spawn = Heavy #. Say what you want or come out and go with use. We'LL see how long it takes before you crank the # so you can get fish. Or you can stay there and give us crap while you shoot your little kids bows. If I could shoot your kids bows, I would. Yes I have got tired and by the end of the day wished my bow was lighter after 2,000 lbs of fish and that many misses. So come out and shoot with us. I am sure Kuger or I will take you. We can shoot the lakes or the river. Both are about equal. Deep clear water shooting cruising fish to 30#. It's fun to average over 17# in a ten fish shoot and not come close. Or average 19# the first day and 14 the second. Never know here.

Well chit man,we dont do it cause we have anything to prove,I dont even know if its because the clear water?I will say I dont know chit about what conditions yall shoot...or do I care.People ask and I tell em.Ask any body that shoots here or Idaho, you will find the same thing.Awesome for you guys that get away with it,must be nice!!

I asked this question to everyone on facebook and got lots of 40s to 55lb range. Some good bowfisherman have told me that 30 lbs will snooker out anything that swims where I bowfish.. ... keyword where I bowfish a 50 -60 lb fish is a giant, but I was in Texas in 09 shooting 32 lbs and had no worrys.
