Do you even need to have a fuse?? Or can u just hook your lights 2 your switch and them your switch to your battery?

I recommend a fuse just in case something "goes wrong." A fuse can limit how "wrong" things go. A switch is a break in the circuit. No different with LEDs. The switch has nothing to do with the function of a fuse.
