Busted my 150w HPS socket trying to fit it into my new housing. Question is can I run to the store and grab another porcelain socket rated for more than 150w or do I need a particular type of lamp socket?

Any socket should work as long as base is the same.

Yeah it is medium base. Only thing that threw me a bit was that the replacement socket didn't have any markings regarding pulse start rating to 4kv.

Hard to use the fire extinguisher function before the first 6 pack is gone also I'm gettin' older and the stream doesn't carry quite as far anymore
