Anybody ever used the Hunt-Dri spray or solution to waterproof normal clothing. If so how's it work, do you like it, is it worth it?

You got that right, I always tell people that if it says gore-tex it's waterproof. if it says anything else it temporarily waterproof. I just think if the Hunt-Dri stuff would be nice if it works for days out fishing when you get several short showers rollin in and out, don't have to keep takin rain gear on and off.

Yah it would be nice. I have a hard time beleivin that it is water proof, it might help but idont think that it will keep you dry. It might but I have just had really bad luck with anything but gortex. Smear silcone calking all over yourself :) that will work.

Yeah, I agree about Gore-tex, my first ever pair of hunting boots were a pair of LaCrosse with their own type waterproofing, they were perfectly waterproof for a year the leaked like sin. Every pair since then has been gore-tex. I might just have to try the hunt dri stuff, it doesn't cost much.
