Lol it's for a buddy that has a smooth bottom duck boat, he's was wanting to do it and asked me I don't really how they do it with out getting a 1000 leaks :rage:
I just drilled and tapped every hole, counter sunk every hole in the poly... if you strip one out, then washer and nylon nut it.. no sealer and I had no leaks... got the screws from diamond back Airboats...

flip boat over let sheet of poly sit on boat and get warm or heat with roofing torch
so it kinda takes shape mark out pattern start riveting
You can buy the kit that comes with the drill bit screws and everything you will need wait till a hot day like someone else said so the poly forms to the bottom.
