As we journey through life, there are also many important life events, both good and bad, that cause varying amounts of anxiety. An excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations, how can you tell if it is normal or problem anxiety?

if it doesn't affect your normal day to day life or if it causes you not to do something you would normally do / used to do then it might be worth talking to a doctor about. example ... you get nervous or anxious before a big game but ok when starts = normal / you get nervous or anxious before a big game but its bad enough that you don't play/leave = problem
