Took a 5 hour to Kentucky over the weekend to get my next build....and this will be my second boat project! It's 1660 with 20" sides and all 3/16 aluminum. It has a smooth bottom with angle welded for runners (may hack those off). This is the only pic I have so far:

My plans so far are flush deck, 6 400w HPS, and 25+ hp mud motor front steer

Thank you much! I will update you all as I go....

I cleaned all the junk out the other day and unbolted everything in efforts to start from a clean slate.

My next move is to cut out the front deck and part of the middle bench, just enough where I can slide a fish barrel into. The flush deck will go all the way where the middle bench starts.

Do it with LEDs so the rail can be thinner leaving more standing room on the deck

I can always add gunnel extensions around the back if needed. Also I will not be running in any big water with this. Most of the places I go to are fishable right from the ramp and doesn't take long to get to the good spots. I'm really liking the fan idea though.
