Just wondering if anyone else has used one of these for the AMS. Dont see many of them in pics and I was wondering if they help much.

 

You can actually reel in a big fish instead of dropping your bow and hand lining them in. Imagine the difference in fishing with just a reel, and fishing with a standard rod and reel. Same difference. My wife and daughter use retrievers with TJE Holeshot rods, and they love them.

 

Please explain to me why this rod thing makes a difference.what is the purpose of this thing.

 

It also take the strain off of your reels. I have them on 2 of my bows and love them.

 

 

 

I'll have to look for some pix tonight, but every bow in the boat has one & I wouldn't be without one again. Now, tj, if you could invent something to push the button for me, that'd be great !!

Lol!! If you look closer, you can see my little gator gar to his right. His eye is glowing.

 

Where does a guy gotta go to get ahold of one of those holeshot rods for the AMS? I'd love to get my hands on one
