Hey y'all just trying to get a little info on shooting around charleston. I've got a place on folly beach next week and plan to take my rig down with me. Never shot them in the salt before and my 2 sons 10&7 will be on the boat with me trying stick em as well, so I'm hoping you fellers can help an old mountain man out on maybe some areas or just tips in general. We went last month for the first time also, shot around the charleston harbor with one ray in two nights, very slow, we fished low tide, but water was for the most part kinda muddy. Good luck.

They have been working on the flounder near my house in the last couple of weeks. Like the others have said go slow and look for clear water.

how big a boat yall got...I might could hop on board with ya ....and shoot rays and eat em...lots of folks let em rot but they is great table fare...bring a basket net also, 5inches on blue crabs n 1 claw on a stone...theres some good groceries around Folly just swimming in the water
