i swear ive been thinking about posting this same thread for a few days now but i already know where i wanna go, just wondering where at in TX or LA. if you wanna move to TN, my house will be up for sale the 1st of january, and ill set you up with my old team of shooters and contacts/connections...just a thought lol
Center tx! Between toledo and rayburn plus the sabine! And the trinity is a very doable day trip or make a weekend trip to choke or amistad texoma or south louisiana
ive been to victoria before. gorgeous!!! and went (and won) a fishing tourney in port o'conner. but its a little too fancy for me down there. im soon to be retired with a pretty fat paycheck so work is no factor, i wanna hunt deer all day, bowfish and kill hogs all night, while enjoying some whitetail (not deer lol)
We have bumper stickers here in Montana "Keep Montana Beautiful Just Visit". Its a great place to live but the out of staters are getting out of control here.
i grew up way way down the bayou in south louisiana, towards grand isle and fourchon.
when i got older.....i moved to the north....about 4 miles.lol.
i will die here!
Thanks for all the input and the house offers now u all have me wanting to go shoot some fish but my lakes r frozen already lol I'm hearing Texas a lot so how's the job market down that way
Job market isn't bad, come spring everyone one and theyre mom can get a job making 100g's in the oilfield
Texas is where it's at. No offense to my buddies from Cajun land, but I wouldn't be caught dead in Louisianna, place just depresses me for some reason. It's cool to vacation there and fish there but after about a week I'm ready to come back to the farm
I got a nice house, pool shop outdoor cookin n rec area with a little acreage n a 350 acre lease in the back yard I'll sell you. 5 min to the Livingston dam trinity river or the lake can be on Rayburn in a hour Toledo a litle longer or shoot right down south real quick to anahauc. If its to fancy or hIgu priced I got another house up the rd I'll sell cheap with a little land n not far from Rayburn or Livingston trinity n is in the middle of nowhere!! I'm selling out n moving out west
Id love to visit texas. I bet it is awesome there..
