Gary Briggs just got some, not sure he has had them on the water.I ran two 48's in my array of 27's last year, and they were bright but I got them from different sellers....all were supposed to be cool white but they were not,and let me tell you, mixed colors sucks with these things

i cant tell from the pic but if the glass is smooth you can put yellow tint on them and they do much better. but if the glass in grooved then the tint will stick but wont last long. especially on the highway. i have never used those exact ones but had similar lights in 50watts that did great.

they will be good. If you are REALLY wooried about the color just pick up a pair of the light yellow polarized fishing glasses from walmart $20. You will have 0 issues with glare regardless of the light.

You can run a genny then use a converter to supply the power. Those are 12v lights

if your gona run a genny why not buy 110volt led lights. they can be found from 30$ up. even if 12volt lights are cheaper you will need a 150$ converter.

unless you want to run silent till they start to dim then fire the genny.....
