I have 8 lumark crosstour led lights that i am not using, is there a way that i can hook these up to run on my bowfishing rig? i have a 1000 watt honda that i would love to use for all of these. They are 120v so i would be using a generator. Will they work?
Thanks,
Joe

Yea they could work, cooper makes very nice lights, they aint cheap neither. There housing isnt really designed for a boat, probably best if you could mount under a deck rather than on top as they are "tall" or long if mounted horizontal rather than on a wall, but nice, usually 10w,20w, or 30w models from what Ive seen.

i looked em up on the internet and the highest they make is 30 watts. they make a 10 watt and 20 watt also. ill look at them shortly and see exactly what they are. i know they were high so if they wont work good i will sell them and go a different route. i would really like to stick with my 1000 watt honda just to keep from buying another high priced honda! i do have a few MH and HPS laying around too but they were too much for my 3500 watt and way too much for my honda.

i have a 1754 boat with a 30 horse, 24v 70# minkota, 8 lumark leds, 2 150 watt mh, 3 150 watt HPS, and a honda 1000 generator. id like to keep it light as possible but i would buy a bigger generator and more HPS lights if that would be better. i really dont know much about lighting for bowfishing, i played with the MH and HPS and liked the HPS better. have fished under Halogens but dont want that big of a generator. im not real crazy about using batteries for leds either. any suggestions? not really looking for a top of the line setup, more of a cheap way with what i have or minimal extras
