The open part will be an available choice.In other words,you would vote for 1 of the available lakes(lakes have to be airboat compatible) or you could vote for OPEN.Once everyone has put their choice in a hat...1 will be "blind drawn" out of a hat and that is what we'll do.The other "blind draw" will be for the format...numbers or big 20.
