If you go to get a new one let me make a suggestion get it from sportsmansguide. If it screws up you can send I back don't matter how long you have it. I have a 75lb wireless motorguide. I had a 48 inch shaft it stopped turning but would
Turn on. I called sportsmansguide. It had been a little over a year since I bought it. I sent it to them and got a refund and then bought another. My next one was a little more Expensive.

I'll give you a scenario. I think I'm not liking he wireless little noisy for bigheads although nice for being able to steer from anywhere on the boat. So anyways I Think I'm gonna send it in again. But this time I'm sending my wireless key fobs with it.

This is not scamming this is there guarantee and warranty service they provide.

So I'll get he money for the 2 75 dollar key fobs and 700 dollar troller. It's like renting a troller people

So if you need to get ya a new one u might think about it

I said it's like. U still have membership fees and you have to pay return shipping if it's over a year. It isn't like you troller fails all the time that quick. Also my manufacturig warranty was up they covered it huh I would o been out 600 bucks you can throw that away if you wot but if someone will warranty it why not buy it

It's not taking advantage they have this guarantee on everything period it's their policy. I didn't ask about it they actually td us about this we were asking about manufacturer warranties and they said it doesn't matter we will cover anything That goes wrong if A mechanic can't fix it we will send you another. Don't see how it's taking advantage over a companies policy. That's why you become a member. It's part of it. If they didn't like it they would t do it I spend a lot of money with them. Just for the fact they back up what they sale sorry if you lime to waste money on someone that won't.

Also mine was a scenario ain't like I'm sending it back all the time had a fault one and the other was and example saying if u bought one u didn't like and had already bought thinGs for it. Thats all I gotta say not debating anymore bout it
