I've got a 02 Mercury 75hp 2-stroke that at full throttle will be running at 4700rpm's then go to 4000 for a bit then back n forth. The Motor stays running strong all the time, no spitting or sputtering just slows down. I've changed plugs and ran sea foam thru it but no better. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

My 150 was doing that, I found a brass plug on the side of the carb loose, it was sucking air.
