I called Econo light today about switching a MH bulb in place of my 250watt HPS bulb. They told me it was not something that they had ever heard of. I have ready on here that people have done it. I was wondering who has tried it and what kinda results you got (i.e. bulb life, strain on Genny)

got a question kinda relating to this..... i am looking to buy some hps or mh lights. price dont matter. would it be possible to get some mh lights (which is what i am leaning towards anyway) but be able to put hps lamps in when the water clarity is way different ? kinda like switching to match the water. i know this has probably been answered before but this thread kinda came close to my ?
