I run 4, 400HPS's on my rig with a ballast box and the whole 9yards... Can I run 400watt MH bulbs out of these same fixtures???

Yes they called Retro Bulbs, but their not cheap.

Yes. You can run probe-start 400 watt M/H bulbs in your fixtures. Catalog # MH400UE from Econolight. $9.90 each.

IF YOU CAN FIND 150 PROBE START, BUT GOOD LUCK I DONT THINK THEY MAKE THEM ANYMORE
