Whats your thoughts &/or experince with min/max amount of draw weight to achieve good arrow flight & penatration.

New String On My Diamond Razor Edge Bow Set At 43, so when i break it in it feels like a good 40, can pull it back all night real easy, and we only try to shoot at 30lb or bigger fish, i have seen to many lost by folks shootn high 20s and low 30s, i like to know i can hit that buff surfn across the water runnin away at about 40 feet....
