How's minn kotas warranty service about to cross down that path I'm afraid
The absolute Best in the Industry.. I have made 6 warranty claims in 4 months. all have been my fault . Three armatures, one shaft, and two speed switches. The speed switches were replaced with the entire head...o and one seal because of damn fishing line that 15lb mono will eat a seal in a heart beat.
 
Ever since may 18 my minkta troller been in shop 5 times an now I picked up trller last fri gave me wrong trller my 80 in albama an I have someones 101 dont know when I will get mine back talk to minkta they was really no help either so what would yall do ?
Your shop is the problem! ! I would complain to minkota. And find a new warranty dealer!
