We shoot 100lb gador Gar with them

 

ive shot big rays with spinners....but if the sharks are upwards of 50 pounds forget about it unless you really chase them down with the boat....where are you gonna be shootin??.........

 

Reel well not hold a 5 foot shark or big unless you can run the fish down.

 

Shot a 100 lb stingray with mine, use your drag. With a shark or cobia might be better off with a float, just hold on tight.

 

I say give that Muzzy A "workout" and tell us how it did.

 

Just a heads up Chris, you can only shoot dogfish in NC, no other sharks.

Cant shoot them in Int. waters either, just wanted you to know so you wouldnt get into trouble.

I think you can shoot em in international waters but you cant bring em in to a place where it is illegal to shoot em. At least I think that is what I read.
