Hey Duane, what is the size of your deck and how high up off the gunnels is it? Hows the stability?

I think I am going to be building a similar deck but I might go a little wider at the nose if the stability is decent enough.

i built a raised deck on my 1648 bass tracker and it we tippy so i went with flush alum deck...search for my thread and see..

It is as wide as the gunnel all the way around ... 4foot 10 at the back and 6 foot 9 long... its 12 inches from the gunnel to the top of the deck... No stability issues, we shot 3 off it several times and it does great even on the front corners ... its still like 3 foot wide across the front I wouldnt go to much over hang but thats just my opinion . My deck has a ton of room for a small boat and i wouldnt go any smaller ... i love it!

I think I might just go just high enough to get 150 hps all the away around, but I would like the front of the deck to be a little wider, but I will see once I get it out on the water with the flush deck first
