So I come home from the deer lease to find my boat full of water - I didn't pull the plug out after my last trip.
When I opened the back storage area I find I iota sitting in water. I have it drying out today when I get home I'm going to mess with it.
Has anyone else got there iota wet and it still worked? Am I out another $200??

Just set it out somewhere to dry. It will be just fine. Mine has been submerged several times.

It will probably work after it dries out but more than likely will go out before too long. The Iotas a year or so go that were on Ebay-listed as overstock/no warranty etc. were actually flood damaged units. The place that sold them should have their nutz chopped off since every converter that I know of that came from there went out shortly. I sent 2 back to Iota to see what the deal was and they told me they had been submerged/flood damaged.

If it goes out replace it with a powermax, much cheaper

Same deal for me last summer except I have 1 Iota and 2 Intelli powers, all submerged, I drained out the boat and left the storage cover open so they would air out and dry. To my surprise all was ok and all 3 are still working fine a year later.

when the heck did you get enough rain to fill up a boat? We went thru a rain storm last saturday on the way to Anahuac, one whole drop of water hit the windshield.
