Ground rules are not as strict as other record books and any fish submitted may be commented on by other members if it is in dispute. A Pic with some for of scale (bow, arrow, ruler fish scale, ect.) in it is required as well as a witness and a reliable scale. this is mostly for fun and bragging rights so keep it honest. if you beat a record fish, post it up. ok guys, here we go.
