it is in the state of missouri we are only allowed to shoot non-game fish here but in other states you can shoot catfish and spoonbill but its a no go in MO.

Used to fish carp in the river with a microlite pole and 2 lbs test line. Would tie 10 feet of kite string to there tails and tie a balloon on the end. thought it was funny seeing the balloons floating up the river. Hit the newspapers and some never thought it was to funny, so I stopped doing it before I got in trouble.
