I've been shooting my muzzy for maybe 2 months now and it is loud, sounds like its gonna fall apart and the line catches on it constantly. I've sprayed reel magic in it and cut about 10ft off the end and its still catching. Thinking about just staying with the ti20s I'm not impressed with the muzzy reel at all anyone have any suggestions? I'm using 200lb ff also

Also make sure it's full of line, but not overfilled, if you keep having trouble call us at 256-776-9109 and we can get it straightened out.

I usually carry a few spare parts. I've been using the same one for a couple of years, probably broken 2 or 3 over 3 or 4 years. We are pretty hard on them, everything from big gator gar to big stingrays. I did break a pin on a 100+ stingray a few years ago, but still managed to get him in.

Reel the line up until it's hard to reel, then pull a few off and cut it. Takes about 92 ft of 200# Fast flight, so almost a full 100' spool.
