ok, I have never put poly on any of my trailers.

are you wanting to cover the entire bunk, or are you looking for those slick guide pieces that go in the center of the bunk like what you see at bass pro and cabelas?

Your best bet may be to try and sweet talk one of these guys who has just done a polymer replacement on their airboat and see if you can sweet talk them out of their old poly... it would probably be enough left on the old to fix up a trailer...

I replaced the wood on my trailer with "plood" also known as "TREX" plastic wood for decks. Works great, never rots, and boat slides reel nice.

You can usually buy it at truck supply stores cut to size. They use it to line dumptruck beds
