This may have been asked, but there used to be a green icon to show which threads that you have posted on. This was a cool feature, but I don't see it anymore. Did I mess something up, or is this part of the bug?

I am getting my notifications Jeff??

 

Mine will work for a few days then I will stop getting them. Havent gotten any notifications in a week or so

 

I haven't got any pm or thread notifications in a few weeks. Checked all my user settings and added mikes email address to my safe sender list. If I get a topic reply notice I only get one even after reading the post.

 

well the fixed it and it let loose with all the ones I have been missing 40+ of them.

 

Is anyones else working yet?

 

mine has been working fine ever since I posted it. I got some notifications today and yesterday.

I'm not understanding why some work fine and others do t unless people's spam filters are grabbing them. I've been getting mine fine. :cf:

The problem before was the mnail server on the forum server. *Once that got fixed it was a global fix. *

So if you're getting notices (as I am) then the inly thing left is spam filters. **

It wouldn't work for some people and not others. *At least no way that I could imagine. *

 

Mike I do not get reported post email and have not since we went to the new site.
Which I have told you about before and it not in my spam folder.
Unless Yahoo is blocking it, which I do not think they are.

So then it some nice little bug doing it.

They may be blocking it mud, we found gmail was blocking them for some reason too

 

How would I find out if they are blocking it?
If they are they think we are spammers.

 

Mike I just checked my account with roadrunner and there are no messages from bfc there..
And none coming through my email.

 

I'm not sure why gmail was blocking it, alex was pulling his hair on that one, and I can't remember what he did to get them to let then through. Once he did though I started getting mine again

 

I know there appeared to be a server issues because I got hit with a months worth all on one day. Now I get them instanlty when ever I get an im or subscribed thread is bumped.

McAfee has a feature in it now if you send out more then 250 email at once it will block them unless you are trusted in McAfee
