Ok i am thinking of getting a new fishing bow cant make my mind up between the black 40lb discovery or the blue 29lb one,, i shoot off the creek banks and bridges alot and some off a boat,, any one have any input either way?? there is only $20 difference in the two of them,, i will prob be using a spinner,, I am afraid if i go with the discovery in 29 it wont have enough arse on creek banks and bridges,

Where can you find a 40# discovery?

Too late for me I just pulled the trigger last night on the discovery2.

If you mean where you can find them, go to Lancaster Archery, then under their youth compounds.

Lancaster has them on their site, but when you goto check out they are out of stock...try Academy. I ran across several vendors out of stock including the PSE site. I am not very patient so figured on the discovery2. If you want a 40lb. you better find it and get it soon.

They show to be available/in stock at Lancaster. They were a special run for Lancaster so no one else will have them-including the PSE site.

I know, I spent an hour loading my cart and when I went to check out the item was out of stock, blew the whole 400$ order.

I don't know, glad ya'll got'em ordered from lancaster, maybe that I missed out at the time of my order. No regrets here, a site shouldn't say it is in stock if it isn't at the time. There may have been an option to backorder. I'll do good with discovery 2 from F&D.

Yeah, I know like I said I couldn't get my tone over the net. Really I am glad it worked out for ya'll, wish it would of worked out for me. I think it was last Monday I tried to order. I am just starting out and the Discovery2 I ended up getting should do fine to get me started.
