I know iv read it before what all is involved in the push pull airboat style steering for a fan but does anyone have pics and a material list of what all is needed to do this? Im gonna be converting a twist cable and pulley steer fan to a push pull...

i had my push pull steering one night then i ripped that **** off and chunked it i absolutely hated it absolutely rediculous how much it slowed my steering and responce time

I had the turn handle steering and chunked that. Got in the way, way too many cables and pulleys surrounding the boat, steering bumped into people that were standing nearby when turning. The trick to easily turning a push pull is to let go of the throttle for maybe 1/1000 of a second as you push pull then throttle up again. Getting the sprocket size correct also makes a big difference.
