Just wondering for reference. How much does poly really cost with labor.

What weould you say a 16x60 could repolyed for?

why not do it yourself?

It would be espicially easy for your boat VS. mine... LOL

get in touch with these guys... you can at least get a price for the poly... http://www.superslide.com/airboatpolymer.php

then factor in however many screws you have.... I recomend using new screws vs the old ones...

then a big tube of silicone (silicone the threads for each screw to keep leaks away)

what happend to your old polymer?

I was just wondering.
I have all SS bolts and nuts.
I thrown around a idea of changing so stuff around.

what thickness is on it now?

I will say that if there is nothing physically wrong with what you have on there, its not worth changing out, that chit is high and takes some time to do. Its not really hard, just very time consuming...

The only reason I would ever change out Polly is if you are ripping out screws because its wore out so bad or if you cut or tore it really bad…then scratches and scuff marks give you more top speed! = ) the break the suction in the water…lol…I’m just acting silly…but seriously only if its ripping screws out or it has a big cut or tear.

Cheapest place I found poly and they were only 30 mins from my house. Give them a call and get a quote. They had sheets up to 10 or 12ft wide by however long you wanted.
