epoxy rest! You probably won't find an aluminum one any time soon

 

Do they ruin the finish underneath?

 

Not if you tape the riser and build the rest to make it removeable. I posted pics in a previous epoxy rest thread of the one i built for my BE

 

Facebook search the Resi Nater, guy on this site is CNC'n them now. pretty sure they are like $10 each too.

 

Depends on which riser he has they don't make one for my be1 with the 1st gen riser

 

QUICK DRAW is a quality Cnc machined aluminum arrow rest.

 

Don't like it as much as I did my esper style rest that I had on my osprey

 

Fullbore told me last year it it was on his list to make but sadly it hasn't happened yet

Well I just received good news from skippy turns out mine is the 2nd gen riser so there is some hope for me finding one after all

 

They exist. No one makes them anymore. But there are some floating around.

I am making them out of a super hard plastic and working with a few different types of it. yes they are 12$ TYD for now they are not close to being as nice as a fullbore or esper rest but that's why they are 12$ I tested the plastic all last year and held up perfect with killing around 8000 fish. as said I don't have one for the older style BE1 just yet but shipping out the 2nd gen as of today. Team Death, do these rests work good if you TTB of arrow?

 

They should work fine tying to the back. I'll take one for a BE, sending payment now. Thats a good price to try one, they look like a well made product. Are they made from Delrin?

 

Those rests look killer and should be great for tying TTB. I think i'll get one for my BE

 

I have not had any problems with TTB (in testing) I do shoot slides so I can't say them 8000 fish where tested that way but as long as you line in in the rest with the arrow your good! I did slow the line to be placed off the the side to make sure there where no issues when shooting and line rolled over it just fine. Had a few PMs now asking how they are attached. Included with the rest is a crazy strong 3m backing that is used for pulling dents out of cars and has held up great!

Already got my rest in the mail! Any tips on installing it on my bow for a perfect center shot?

 

It is made to be perfect centershot so installation is easy! Just wipe your riser down with some rubbing alcohol to clean off old fish guts etc, then when its clean, take off the adhesive backing and stick the new one on

 

I literally paid $65 for an Esper style rest today. I wish I had seen these a bit earlier because you can't make too big of a mistake at just $12. Pretty impressive design and very competitive price! Keep up the good work man! I'll order one as soon as I have a bow that needs a new rest!

 

Mite want to check out the F&D Pro Rest will fit anything and is adjustable center shot will not take the finish off the arrow.

I've been shooting this rest for over a year now and it works great. Very durable and shoots straight with minimal arrow contact. All rounded edges, no gaps for string to catch on as I tie to the back of the arrow. I received them from Impale Archery, he can be reached at tkilgriff@gmail.com if anyone's interested. I believe he has them available for BE2, osprey, and PSEwave.

 

They look to be 3d printed.
