Respect the leprechaun  if not he'll post a video proving you wrong.

Nothin personal. Just if you don't like the topic at hand then don't respond. Don't try to bash the ones that are interested in which lights penetrate better or shine to match your situation and clarity. That's all. No problems here.

while we are on leds we have used 10 degree mr16 5 watt bulbs and built a can light using the stainless cans from wal-mart that are for spoons and forks in pots and pans div. we have put 3 and 4 bulbs per can and might work in 5 but the point is its a cheap led fixture it is a powerful spot light and for under 50 dollars just add as many as you need around your boat.

The green lights do very well in clear water…hate them in any kind of dingy or muddy water.

On the 80w LEDs….I will say this. This is as close as LEDs have gotten to 250w MH or HPS bulbs. Would also compare them to 500w halos. These suckers are bright!

He wasn't bashing anybody lol. He's just stating the fact that running 400w HPS is like having a miniature sun sitting on the front of your boat.

Hey mud, what's the dirtiest water you've ever ran the green bulbs in and how'd they do? I've always heard mixed reviews on them.

Does anyone know if the 80w are available now. I know they are in the website but sometimes stuff is advertised before product is actually ready to ship. Anyone know? Wanting to get one and do some comparing.

We have the 12/24v halo color in stock! Along with 120v and mh also!

What color would you recommend shhooting in the marsh in Louisiana? The water is usually pretty clear and 2' or less deep.

Here are the lights mounted temporarily, we fished off them Thursday night and they performed well. Got to finish up some more stuff and will do a more in depth review.
