I was supposed to get my lights Monday or Tuesday as promised by chad at custom fitz. Just looked online and they are finally in Tulsa. I should have them today or tomorrow at the latest. I would like to shout out to Chad for doing absolutely nothing. He wont reply to text messages or answer calls. One of the worst customer service people I have ever dealt with. If you cannot reply to a message withing 72 hours? DO NOT SELL THE PRODUCT. It is not hard to get back to someone in a timely fashion. I will never order ANYTHING from custom fitz again. I wish I would have went with American Airboats or SEELITE. I am sure they can pick up the phone when it rings? I am not bashing the guy, just telling exactly how my dealings with him have went, and trying to save someone else the hassle. If he is this hard to get ahold of when your are trying to give him money I cannot imagine a warranty claim. "end rant"

Seeing more and more of these complaints all the time! We cancelled our order with him a few weeks ago after similar problems and our lights still in Hong Kong after several weeks of him telling us they would be in and shipped out the next day. We went with seelite and have zero complaints.

Got my lights finally, shot them this weekend. Lots of boat traffic and recent rains left me with fairly murky water. I do have to say though, really impressed with the 50watts. Ran 5 off 1 deep cell battery for an easy 5 hours. Penetration, was not easy to judge due to the murky water, but being able to be totally quiet was really nice.

I've always had good service from Chad.....planning on ordering some lens film and a few more lights from him. Sometime orders dont run as smooth, and things happen. I'm a business owner for over 12yrs in the hunting & firearm industry & some of my orders shipping back to customer dont go as planned, delayed shipments. Things happen and out of our hands at that moment. Thats part of being in business, all you can do is the best you can and I know any business owner will vouch on that. Little crap should be a issue.

he never told me he was in the hospital or I would have been alot easier on him. Im not unrealistic and realize somethings happen we do not expect. I am highly impressed with the product, and if it was just a bad couple weeks for the guy, I will not hold it against him forever. From the sound of it his customer service used to be much better. Hopefully he returns to that:D

ok this is healty. i ordered my lights on april 30th. 10 days later i recieved 2 boxes from HK but it was the wrong product. i ordered 17 lights that cost me 550. what i recieved was worth 1300. after the 3rd day of trying to reach Chad. i finally got a response asking me to ship them back to him. I shoulve held them for ransom. today marks the 30th day since my order has been placed. i shipped him back his expensive crap and now im out another 56. we agreed he would send me 2- 27s to cover the shipping and my hassel. so where are they? who knows that was 2 weeks ago? this is not my 1st time whith chad. it is my 3rd order in 1yr. its also the 2nd time there has been a problem. im at whit end. ive been promissed a tracking number for 2 weeks. still havent got one. why i allow this to continue is beyond me.
