I'm new to spinners so far but I'm liking the new one i got. I'm shooting the Ti20 and I'm having a problem with the line twisting up really bad whenever I'm reeling in. Is there anyway to prevent this?

....your line is actually spinning on the drum.......take all your line off and make sure your initial knot is tight on the spool, some tape it,I throw a couple half hitches on mine personally...at what ever rate...thats likely the issue

...try what I told ya(may be why some body sold it to ya!)also.....Carp Cable is great but..............I had one batch spin/twist BAD as I was spooling it on,I had to use a heavy fishing swivel...seemed to cure it.I have never seen this happen before and not sure why?

remove the arrow and let all the line out of your reel as you drag it behind the boat. Let the line drag for a short didstance and the resistance from the water will work out all the kinks. reel it up and soak it in silicon spray. attach the arrow and you are good to go.

redo this any time you notice twist.

wd40 works silicone works all these do is make the line slick. as kuger said make sure your knot is not slipping ( i use a slip knot and double half hitches over the spool). pull your line all the way out start at reel make 2 or 3 loops around an arrow and walk to end of line getting all the loops out. do as many times as needed. reel up and spray down line tighten drag enought as to not slip when reeling. when you are fighting fish if you hear the drag DON'T REEL. after fighting a good fish shoot arrow and line out far then reel in fast this will get out twists that fighting fish and reeling put in line. This is what we do before every trip. (so daily) Just started test an RPM shoot through rod and it is working out great stopping the twists and putting less pressure on reels. Hope this helps

Same here, I unspool it and walk the twist out before going fishing usually. Grab the line tight with both hands, one hand about 18" in front of the other and push the twist to the lose end until it's out. Tie it on the spool like Kuger mentioned and it can not spin on the spool. :tu:
