I've got one and it's a great gun for the $$$!! Mine was $466 out the door!! Since Benelli took over the production on them.. They are GREAT!! Check out some of the reviews on them and you'll see.. they just need to be shot to break them in.. For the $$ you love it!

Ive got the one in max4 camo its awesome! Great gun for the money! Just be carefull with the type of oil you use if you put it on the stock (synthetic oil i believe) it will take the paint right off and youll be left with a white gun! Thats what ive heard anyways

Watch the solvents too, especially winchesters powder blast. Bought a can of that to try once and that chit ate right through the rubber backing on my cleaning mat, definitely don't think you'd wanna use it on a synth stock.

I love that powder blast, but you are correct, it will eat through almost anything. If I get it on anything that isn't the bore or the action, I immediately wipe it dry. Good stuff, though. And as for the original question, my hunting buddy has a 2000 that he uses for everything and he loves it. Never had a single issue with it.

I bought one about 2 years ago and the gun was a perfect fit for me with a 24" barrel in timber and a 26" barrel when hunting open water for ducks and geese. Never had an issue with jamming, very easy to take apart and clean, love the gun and believe it to be better than the Browning Gold Hunter I had. I loved my first one so much I bought a second as a back up gun.
