I have an amazing Jalapeno Pepper recipe. (HOT or NOT HOT)
Ingredients:
2lbs or more Jalapenos Whole
2 packages of Philly Cream Cheese
1 can crushed crab meat. Not lump
1 BIG package of thick cut bacon
seasoning of your choice I use Barnacle Dust or Tony's

Cut Jalapeno ends off and then cut in half long ways. Use a spoon and remove seeds. THE MORE OF THE WHITE VANE YOU GET OUT THE MILDER THE HEAT WILL BE!
Get the peppers done and wash em and then pat dry

Mix 2 packages of cream cheese together with the DRAINED CAN of crab meat and some seasoning if you want or no seasoning is good too
take jalapeno halves fill with mixture then take the bacon and wrap the jalapenos long wise with bacon! Cook in oven on cookie sheet 350 for 30-40 minutes or till bacon is done or place on smoker NOT DIRECTLY OVER FIRE and let cook till bacon is done then eat! THEY ARE AWESOME! I make 300 at a time and vacuum seal in packs of 6 or 12 and then freeze (allready cooked) and pull em out for snacks or bowfishin trips or to eat with dinner. Heat N eat!!

I also LOVE to use left over crawfish tails from a boil! Take the tails and grind em up good and mix it with the cream cheese and make like the others! THEY ARE AMAZING!!!

I am going to have to try this. I love hot stuff!
To make em hotter add seeds to cream cheese mix or remove seeds and leave the white vein in the pepper and dont remove it! They will be hotter then. Leave both in to make em super hot!

i used canned peppers, they dont stay so crunchy an theyre usually a little hotter

Made quite a few today with cheddar cheese! Good stuff! I like wrapping them long ways better for sure! I mite have gotten a little carried away with the cheese but they sure were good
